Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of KSOM AI Employees, a service operated by KSOM Solutions. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service only for an organization or connected account you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Connected services

Optional integrations let you connect mailboxes, calendars, social accounts, websites, and other business tools. You control which accounts are connected and which actions are approved. Your use of a connected service remains subject to that provider's terms and policies.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, mislead recipients, send unlawful spam, bypass platform safeguards, access another tenant's data, or publish content you do not have permission to use.

AI-assisted output

AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for reviewing output and approving consequential actions, including publishing, communications, legal work, hiring decisions, and financial records. The service is not a substitute for licensed legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Plans, credits, and payment

Paid plans, usage credits, renewal terms, and applicable charges are shown before purchase. Fees are handled by our payment processor. Unless required by law or stated in the applicable order, charges already consumed through service usage are non-refundable.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the features you request. You represent that you have the rights required to provide the content.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access to protect users, connected platforms, or the service from abuse, security threats, non-payment, or material violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

Service availability

We work to provide a reliable service, but features may change or be interrupted, including when a connected provider changes its API or review status. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
