Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how KSOM Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with KSOM AI Employees (the “Service”), available at https://app.ksomai.com. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
Who we are
KSOM AI Employees is a platform of AI “employees” that perform work on your behalf across the tools you connect. KSOM Solutions is the data controller for personal information processed through the Service. You can reach us at contact@ksomsolutions.com.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and organization details, provided when you register or sign in through our authentication provider.
- Workspace content — the content you create or upload (e.g. drafts, documents, leads, posts, prompts, and instructions you give your AI employees).
- Connected-account data — when you connect a third-party account (such as a website, social platform, mailbox, or CRM), we access only the data needed to perform the actions you request, using the permissions you grant.
- Usage information — actions performed, feature usage, and basic technical logs used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and operate the Service and its features.
- To perform the specific actions you direct your AI employees to take.
- To measure usage for billing and account limits.
- To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- To communicate with you about your account and support requests.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content or connected-account data to train generalized or foundation AI models.
Google user data
If you connect a Google account, we request only the scopes required for the feature you enable (for example, sending or reading email for an assistant, or uploading videos for a social manager). Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we use Google user data solely to provide the features you request; we do not transfer or sell it; we do not use it for advertising; and we do not use it to train generalized AI models. Human access to Google user data is restricted to what is necessary for support, security, or as required by law, and with your consent.
Meta and Microsoft data
If you connect a Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) or Microsoft (Outlook) account, we access and use that data only to perform the publishing, messaging, or mailbox actions you request, consistent with those providers’ platform terms. You can disconnect any connected account at any time from your workspace settings, which revokes our ongoing access.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate the Service, with third-party service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, described here by category:
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers.
- Database and storage providers.
- Authentication and identity providers.
- AI/model processing providers (to generate text, images, and video).
- CRM, outreach, and communications providers.
- Payment processing providers (for billing).
We may also disclose information to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of our users and the public. If we undergo a business transfer, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Data retention and deletion
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You may request deletion of your data, or delete your workspace content directly, by contacting us at contact@ksomsolutions.com. Disconnecting a third-party account removes our stored access tokens for it.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of credentials and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and continually improve our practices.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA). To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@ksomsolutions.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
